This site is operated and owned by Jeff Miller, a storm chaser and hardcore weather enthusiast in the state of Nebraska. Jeff has had a solid and obsessive interest in meteorology for over 26 years, and has been a weather chaser and observer for nearly 10 years. Jeff also has solid website and forum administration experience in many arenas inside and outside of meteorology. He is also a trained computer services specialist, having worked for over three years in computer support.
